Adrian Levy joined the commercial real estate exchange platform’s UK advisory board. Levy is a partner and global co-head of real estate sector at international law firm Clifford Chance. He will be advising Cloudscraper on matters which directly impact how market participants interact with legal advisors. Levy has been with Clifford Chance for over 25 years and specialises in corporate finance transactions in the real estate market.
Cloudscraper appoints new global head of capital markets
Global real estate trading and communication platform Cloudscraper has appointed Rawle Howard (pictured above) as its new global head of capital markets. Rawle joins from Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, where he served as the head of the European private real estate debt business.
At Cloudscraper, he will be responsible for driving the global adoption and growth strategy for the platform’s capital markets and debt businesses. Rawle has over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate and technology sectors, having previously served at Blackrock and Lehman Brothers.
Cloudscraper set to provide more benefits to lender users
The global commercial real estate exchange for buying, selling and financing has exclusively revealed to Bridging & Commercial that it will be adding further tools and benefits for lenders utilising the platform.
The former global head of real estate finance at HSBC said: “Today, all lenders are under pressure to do more with less which is making their job harder.
“Cloudscraper provides tools that allow the lenders to work more efficiently in multiple ways.”
